Good day peeps.
Being a leader, no matter how small is the organization or panel that you lead, is a not a piece of cake. I've been handling my panel tasks single-handedly, most of the time. Fortunately, I was paired with a great buddy, who could share my burden.
Last year, there were only the two of us, planning and executing all the panel tasks and requirements. We managed well. In fact, we were very happy and comfortable to work together. I planned and she supported me. She provided me with the much needed help. Her presence complemented the usual one-man show panel.
I hope that she will be with me throughout my stints at this school.
